Getting started
How do I get my grant matches?
After creating an account, complete the 60-second profile (mission, sector, state, budget). Your matches appear immediately on the Matches page, ranked by relevance to your mission.
How often are grants updated?
Once per day at 6am UTC. We pull the full Grants.gov database every morning and rank new results against your profile.
How do I update my profile?
Go to Settings from the account menu in the top-right corner. Changes take effect the next time you view your matches.
Matches & saving
How are matches ranked?
We use Cohere's reranking model to score every open federal grant against your mission statement. Grants that best match your stated purpose, sector, and eligibility appear at the top.
How do I save a grant?
Click the "Save" button on any grant card in the Matches list or on the grant detail page. Saved grants are stored in your Saved Grants list.
How do I apply for a grant?
From any grant detail page, click "Apply on Grants.gov." This opens the official listing in a new tab where you can download application materials and submit.
Account & billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Manage subscription." You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Can I change my email or password?
Email changes aren't supported yet. To change your password, sign out and use "Forgot password" on the login page.
How do I unsubscribe from digest emails?
Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any digest email. You can also stop them from Settings once that feature is live.
